Natalia describes her work as being greatly influenced by ´magical-realism´,  which allows her to reach the wings of the imagination of the people who look at her paintings and the characters that feature in them, the wings that are both inside and outside each human being.

She has exhibited around Colombia and in other parts of the world (see exhibitions page) and is currently working part-time as an art history and visual arts professor and art therapist for children, while preparing for future exhibitions in Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Holland and U.S.A.
